The flagship program at The Pack. Sessions blend barbell and dumbbell strength work, accessory hypertrophy, and metabolic finishers — programmed in 4-week blocks with intentional progression so you actually get stronger instead of just getting tired. Coaches scale every movement to where you are today, so a first-timer and a 10-year lifter train side by side without compromise.

Yes — this is the most common starting point. We scale every session and teach the fundamentals as you go.
How is this different from a CrossFit class?
Smaller groups, more individualized loading, and a heavier emphasis on building base strength before stacking conditioning on top.
