A facility built for the work.

The Pack SSC opened in Galloway because the area needed a real strength and sport facility — one with intentional programming, small groups, and coaches who actually coach. We train athletes, we train adults, we train teams, and we don't water it down for anyone.

Why "The Pack"

Training is a team sport.

Even when the goal is individual, the work is better with a pack around you. Athletes push athletes. Lifters push lifters. Pace pulls everyone forward.

That's the room we built. Coach-led semi-private sessions where you train alongside other serious people — and someone is watching every rep, every set, every block.

The Pack approach

We're a strength and sport facility, not a fitness factory. Group sizes stay small on purpose so every athlete gets eyes, cues, and real coaching every session. That's the difference, and it's why people keep coming back.

Intentional programming

Every block is written with a purpose. We tell you what we're training and why — no random workouts of the day, no junk volume.

Variety with structure

Strength, conditioning, power, hypertrophy — woven into a structure that builds you instead of grinding you down.

Progressive overload

Real progressions. We track loads, measure outputs, and add weight when it's earned — not because it's Wednesday.

Adapt to the athlete

First-timer or 10-year lifter — every movement scales. The Pack runs at every athlete's pace without compromising the work.

The Coach

Who's on the floor.

Every session is led by Carlos personally — he programs it, watches every rep, and adjusts it. No exceptions.
